For domestic orders please allow 2-3 days business for order processing and production. Domestic shipping time ranges from 2-5 business days via USPS First-Class mail.

Once your order has been shipped you should receive an email that includes your shipping details. Shipping information is also available through your account. Simply log in and view orders.
Sorry we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted via email for an alternative address.
In order to reduce waste MIEL strives to minimize unnecessary packaging where applicable. All orders are followed with a confirmation email with your order details rather than a paper receipt, and we are happy to assist you if you did not receive this email.

We accept returns on all items excluding earrings [due to hygienic purposes]. Please Contact within 7 days upon receiving package for a return request. Items must be new and in original packaging. Item cost and initial shipping fee will be refunded.
